On the basis of the technical files (drawings, templates, instructions, models) provided by the design engineering department for each order, the manufacturing staff make a pilot batch, which is validated by the workshop supervisor prior to production of the full batch.
The bags and pockets are statistically tested in accordance with our criteria, on original "constructor's" baskets prior to packaging and dispatch.
The monitoring and inspection forms are collected and stored "by affair" and can be made available for our customers in full transparency.
