Meta-aramide fibre is non-thermoplastic, and it is well known for its excellent heat resistance and its insensitivity to NOx and other oxidizing agents.
This fibre is often used in embedding units and on clinker coolers operating at high temperatures, and also for plaster kilns and in crystal glassmaking.
This fibre is bilobal and it also exists in micro-fibre form to obtain enhanced filtration efficiency.
